The hotel is brand new and extremely spacious and clean. The swimming pool is lovely, from there we can see the whole Hai Phong and enjoy the view. The view from the rooms we stayed in are amazing. Breakfast is really good and staff are enthusiastic and helpful

Pullman is brand new hotel in Hai Phong, and probably is the best hotel in Hai Phong city so far. The location is great, next to city center park. The room is perfect including super comfort big bed, bathroom with all stuff from luxury brand.

Wonderful hospitality, everything was brand-new in room. The staff were so friendly. Rooftop bar highly recommended. Also wake up early and walk at street where hotel located if you are coming from out of country.

This property was very beautiful, Hai Phong itself was our favourite city in Vietnam, and the Pullman resort added to that assertion. The staff were wonderful and very accomodating.
